1-) Thesis Data Entry Form
- You can access the Thesis Data Entry Form at https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/.
- Fill in the Thesis Data Entry Form according to the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLLECTING, ORGANIZING AND OPENING TO ACCESS OF THESES IN THE ELECTRONIC ENVIRONMENT”.
- Print out 3 copies of the Thesis Data Entry Form you have completed, to deliver 1 to the Library and Documentation Department and 2 to the Graduate Student Affairs.
2-) Thesis Jury Approval Page and Thesis Book
A) MASTER’S DEGREE JURY APPROVAL PAGE AND THESIS BOOK
- Take 4 printouts of the master’s degree Jury Approval Page before the Thesis Defense Exam and have it signed by the jury members after the Thesis Defense Exam.
- Keep 2 Master's degree Jury Approval Pages for handing over to the student affairs of the Institute.
- Prepare your Thesis Book for Institute Thesis Writing Guide.
- Print one thesis book to be delivered to the Library and Documentation Department.
- Make sure that the white cardboard cover is used in the printing of your Thesis Book, the logo of our University is on the inner and outer cover and the Jury Approval Page is on the page specified in the Thesis Writing Guide.
B) PhD JURY APPROVAL PAGE AND THESIS BOOK
- Print out 6 copies of the PhD Jury Approval Page before the Thesis Defense Exam and have it signed by the jury members after the Thesis Defense Exam.
- Keep 2 PhD Jury Approval Pages for handing over to the student affairs of the Institute.
- Prepare your Thesis Book according to the Institute Thesis Writing Guide.
- Print two thesis books to be delivered to the Institute Student Affairs
- Print one thesis book to be delivered to the Library and Documentation Department.
- Cover your Thesis Book with blue skin. Also make sure that the logo of our University is on the inner and outer cover and the PhD Jury Approval Page is on the page specified in the Thesis Writing Guide.
Students can prepare Thesis Approval Page as many as the Thesis Books that they intend to print.
3-) Discharge Certificate
-Print 1 to be delivered to the student affairs and complete their signatures.
4-) Preparation of CDs
- Before preparing the CDs, carefully read the “INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLLECTING, ORGANIZING AND OPENING TO ACCESS OF THESES IN THE ELECTRONIC ENVIRONMENT”.
A) THE PREPARATİON OF THESIS MAIN TEXT CD
- Thesis Main Text CD is a copy of your thesis book that you created according to the Institute Thesis Writing Guide, which is transferred to the CD media in PDF format.
- Prepare 2 Thesis Main Text CDs to be delivered to the Institute Student Affairs.
- Prepare 1 Thesis Main Text CD to be delivered to the Library and Documentation Department.
- If there is a research permit, prepare 2 Thesis Main Text CDs to be delivered to the relevant institution.
- Store the Thesis Main Text CDs that you have prepared for delivery in the shockproof CD case with the CD cover text attached to the cover.
B) PREPARATİON OF THE THESIS ABSTRACT CD
- Thesis abstract CD is a copy of your thesis book that you created according to the Institute Thesis Writing Guide, which is transferred to the CD media in PDF format.
- Prepare 2 Thesis abstract CDs to be delivered to the Institute Student Affairs.
- Prepare 1 Thesis abstract CD to be delivered to the Library and Documentation Department.
- If there is a research permit, prepare 2 Thesis abstract CDs to be delivered to the relevant institution.
- Store the Thesis abstract CDs that you have prepared for delivery in the shockproof CD case with the CD cover text attached to the cover.
C) NAMING FILES on THE CD
- While naming the Thesis Files on the CD, the reference number in the Thesis Data Entry Form will be used.
Thesis File Name = referenceno.pdf
Name for Attachments = referenceno.rar
5-) Thesis Research Permits
- Students who have obtained a thesis research permit from various institutions and have completed their research are obliged to submit the materials related to the research results (Thesis Book and Main Text CD, etc.) to the relevant institution.
- 1 sealed official letter indicating that the materials related to the research results requested by the relevant institution has been received will be delivered to our Institute.
6-) Thesis Submission Report
- One thesis book will be delivered to the Institute Student Affairs after the thesis is deemed appropriate to be checked and delivered by the student's supervisor in terms of form and content and signed completely.
7-) Other Documents
- Student ID Card and Vehicle Sticker, if any, will be submitted to the Institute Student Affairs.
8-) Turkey Alumni Information Form for International Students
EXPLANATION
- Upon completing their graduation process from the Institute and of automation systems (OGRIS), the international students enrolled at our institute (OGRIS) are required to create records in Turkey Alumni Information System and are required to submit the Information Form to the institute.
- The registration process to Turkey Alumni Information System is made on the web page "https://www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr/auth/registergraduated/".
- The international students who did not deliver Turkey Alumni Information System form to our institute will not receive the graduation certificates.

DOCUMENTS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO OUR INSTITUTE IN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE STUDENT’S DEFENCE EXAM IN THE SACHET FILE
