As the Department of Food Engineering, we gathered for an iftar dinner with our faculty members and fellow students.  We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed faculty members, particularly Assoc. Prof. Dr. Safa Karaman, Ress. Assist. Dr. Sinem Coruk, and Assist. Prof. Betül Oskaybaş Emlek, for organizing this meaningful event. We also appreciate the valuable presence of our Department Chair, Prof. Dr. Hasan Tangüler, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hande Baltacıoğlu, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cem Baltacıoğlu, and Assist.
