Strenghts

1. There are 1 Professors, 3 Assistant Associate Professors and 1 lecturers on the permanent staff in our program
2. Lecturers are young and energetic and they have experience of field practice 
3. There are laboratory facilities in the school and there are many cultivators and modern cultivation facilities in the town centre, environmental county towns and villages 
4. There are opportunities of convenient applications in the facilities stated above 
5. They will be able to find a job in private and state sectors 
6. They will be able to continue education in Veterinary Faculty, Department of Biology-Biotechnology (Arts and Science Faculty) and Agricultural Faculty when required 
7. There is not any other high-educated intermedial staff in private and state sectors who can compete on the fields of animal cultivation and relevant subjects 

Weaknesses

1. The inconvenience that students might experience if they cannot achieve professional consciousness 

Opportunities

1. They have an excessive opportunity of finding a job because they constitute the only intermediate staff group which take education on animal health and cultivation field
2. They are able to continue education in Veterinary Faculty, Department of Biology-Biotechnology (Arts and Science Faculty) and Agricultural Faculty when required and specializing in the field 
3. They have an excessive opportunity of finding a job because of the two reasons stated above
4. The opportunities are that the university and the school provide and the school has a quite strong structure because of the primary and regular lecturer staff. Students come to the school with preferance

Threats

1. The changes which are continiously being made in education system
2. Legal authorization is not clear and excessive after graduation 
3. Unreal negative thoughts about collegiate schools, their students and the occupational field
