Announcement for the 2025–2026 Summer Internship General Information Meeting

Dear Students,

In order to inform you about the summer internship process to be carried out within the scope of our department’s curriculum, including application procedures and important points to consider, a “General Internship Information Meeting” will be organized.

During the meeting, your questions regarding the internship process will be answered. Participation is highly important, especially for 2nd and 3rd year students who are planning to complete their internship this summer, in order to ensure a smooth process.

• Venue: Faculty of Engineering, Classroom D305

Meeting Agenda

• Internship application procedures and the roadmap to be followed

• Internship insurance and submission procedures for required documents (acceptance letter, SGK declaration form, etc.)

• Internship placement selection, institutional criteria, and approval stages

• Rules for writing the internship report book and evaluation criteria

• Question & Answer session

To avoid any problems or inconvenience during the internship procedures, all relevant students are kindly requested to attend the meeting on time.
