2nd International R&D Project Fair
Organized by the Office of the Dean of Research at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University and supported under TÜBİTAK 1503 – Project Market Support Program, the "2nd International R&D and Project Market Days" will take place on May 21–23, 2025.
This distinguished event aims to bring together national and international academics, researchers, industry representatives, entrepreneurs, and public stakeholders to foster the exchange of innovative project ideas, expand collaboration networks, and promote research-driven partnerships.
Throughout the event, the following activities will be featured:
- Presentations of R&D and innovation-focused projects
- Information sessions on national and international project funding programs
- Matchmaking meetings between project idea owners and investors/industry representatives
- Scientific panels and success story presentations will take place.
Project Submission Process
Interested participants are required to complete the project application form and submit it via email to project@ohu.edu.tr. The list of accepted participants will be announced on May 16, 2025. On the same day, participants whose projects are selected for the competition will be requested to submit their poster presentations. Poster printing will be handled by the event organizers to ensure readiness for display.
** The competition will be held in both Turkish and English.
** Various awards will be presented to the top-ranked projects.
** The opening ceremony will take place on May 21, 2025, at the Şehit Ömer Halisdemir Congress and Culture Center, with expected attendance from key representatives of TÜBİTAK, TEYDEB, and other distinguished guests.
Who Can Participate?
The event is open to academics, postgraduate (Master’s and PhD) students, entrepreneurs, private sector representatives, and all stakeholders interested in R&D activities.

** Participation: Free of charge. Online participation will also be available.
