Course Objective
The aim of the course is to teach the roles, requirements, deficiencies and interrelationships of nutrients in human nutrition.

The importance of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids in a healthy diet, their chemical structure, properties, classification, sustainability, functions, sources, daily intake recommendations, excessive intake. Individual food consumption records and physical activity recording methods.
