Career planning, which is a process, aims to guide a person to determine what they are good at, to know how their skills, abilities, values and interests translate into possible jobs or careers, and to match their skills with existing jobs or careers.

It covers information on various subjects such as awareness of knowledge, skills, personality, intelligence and affective characteristics, goal setting, career planning, various support and exchange programs, communication skills, sensitive skills, exams, resume preparation, interviews, etc.
