Course Objective
This course aims at educating the students who will work with healthy/ill humans as required by the profession as midwives who know the basic characteristics specific to humans as a bio-psychosocial creature, comprehend the basics of human behaviour and communicative qualities and turn this knowledge into practice.
Brief Content of the Course
This course includes basic principles of psychology as a branch of science, evolution, genetics, evolution of behaviour, stimulus and motivation, senses, perceptions, language and communication, attitudes and prejudices, social effects on behaviour, reflection and problem solving processes, learning principles, human learning and memory
