Learning Outcomes Of the Course
ÖÇ1
By the end of the course, student will be able to; recognize English sounds using the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) and transcribe them accurately.
ÖÇ2
distinguish major vowels and consonants and adjust their pronunciation to align with standard English.
ÖÇ3
listen to minimal pairs (e.g., ship–sheep) and identify them correctly.
ÖÇ4
record their own speech and make self-corrections by comparing it with IPA.
