1to put forth the reasons of behaviours of employees who are the basic sources of organizations
2to come to enough level in management of employee about the factors effecting productivity or organizational success
3to make understand the basic consepts of organizational behaviour
4to make understand the importance of human-being in organizations by gaining theorical and practical point of view about organizational behaviour
5to analyze the effect of internal and external environmental factors on the behaviours of managers and employees
6to tell the importance of individual's psychological features in working life
