Course Objective
Gaining to the students basic knowledge of criminal law.
Brief Content of the Course
Beginning with the fundamental principles and principles of liability in Criminal Law, the course focuses on the sources of criminal law and its application in terms of time, person, and place in the first section. It then focuses on the general theory of crime. Criminal liability, the concepts of intent and negligence, unjust provocation, recidivism, the elements of a crime, attempted crime, participation in a crime, and the aggregation of crimes are all important topics.
