Course Objective
The employer-the understanding of the basic structure of the "Labor Law" which examines the relations between the states, To understand the importance of social security and to evaluate insurance branches
Brief Content of the Course
n the content of the individual labour law course, the subject and nature of labour law in general, the place of labour law in the legal system, labour historical development of labour law, the characteristics of the regulations in labour law and the relations between these legal sources, labour law basic principles and ideas, international labour law and international labour law organisations, state bodies related to labour law, sanctions, basic concepts of labour law such as employee-employer-employer representative-subcontractor-workplace-enterprise, Labour Law No. 4857 and scope of other labour laws, characteristics of labour contract, definition-elements-qualities-types of labour contract, labour contract rights and obligations of the parties, termination of the employment contract (termination of the employment contract other than termination, termination, job security, termination for just cause), consequences of termination of the employment contract, organisation of work, working hours, rest periods, labour health and labour safety, labour judiciary are examined. In the Collective Labour Law Section, Collective Labour Agreements, Trade Unions Law, Strike and Lockout Law, Pension, Social Security Issues are analysed. Within the scope of these topics, to raise awareness by providing information on the advancement and implementation of non-discriminatory laws and policies for gender equality and sustainable development, as well as decent work and economic growth within the scope of sustainability goals within the framework of labour relations.
