Course Objective
The aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts and institutions of intellectual property law. In this sense, in the course, the concept of intellectual property and the issue of how to protect the rights arising in this sense are examined in terms of copyright law, patents, trademarks and designs.
Brief Content of the Course
Scope and types of intellectual property rights and industrial rights, protection of works or product designs, protection periods, national and international protection procedures and periods, official institutions and organizations to which applications should be made, filling out sample application forms.
