Students who will complete their internships and send their internship notebooks are required to send their internship notebooks to our commission according to the following steps
* Points to be considered in the internship book submission of our students who are in graduation status

1 Graduated students should prepare their internship notebooks in accordance with the warnings in the article ‘points to be considered while preparing the internship notebook’ below

2 They are required to send their internship notebooks, internship evaluation forms and current transcript (transcript document) documents approved by the institution where they do their internship to NohuMakineStaj@gmail.com e-mail address in .pdf format, stating that they have graduated.

** Students who are not in graduation status are required to complete their internship book submissions until 07.11.2024. Points to be considered in internship book submission

1) Students who have completed their internship must prepare their internship notebooks in accordance with the warnings in the article ‘points to be considered while preparing the internship notebook’ below

2 In order for our non-graduated students to upload their internship files, they must first prepare the following files in full

- Internship book signed by the institution where they did their internship and converted to pdf format

- The internship evaluation form approved by the internship institution must be scanned and attached to the end of the internship book.

- Grade status (transcript) document (can also be obtained via e-government.

- Diploma number and, if any, chamber registration number of the Mechanical Engineer who approved the internship book

- If the internship is done on the weekend, the weekend work certificate must be attached to the end of the internship book.
