Our university's Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering, Associate Professor Dr. Emre Yavuzer, in collaboration with his company at Teknopark Inc., has developed “PRODUCTION OF PREMIUM SEAFOOD SNACKS USING VACUUM-ASSISTED INFRARED PULSE DRYING TECHNOLOGY” project, developed in collaboration with his company at Teknopark Inc., has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK TEYDEB 1507 Support Program.
