Our University’s Teaching and Learning Center (NÖMER) organized an online Training of Trainers Program on 26–27 February 2026 in order to contribute to the professional development of academic and administrative staff.

Within the scope of the two-day program, various training sessions were conducted to enhance participants’ institutional, managerial, and communication skills. During the program, comprehensive information was shared on the following topics:

·       Official Correspondence and Protocol Rules,

·       Leadership,

·       New Communication Technologies,

·       Human Relations and Communication

Throughout the training, participants were informed through practice-oriented examples and up-to-date approaches. At the end of the program, it was stated that certificates of participation would be awarded to those who successfully completed the training.

Through such programs, NÖMER aims to improve the quality of services at our university, support the professional development of staff, and strengthen their digital competencies.
