Basic information on executive and bureaucratic law (organs, complaints, duties and expenses, sides of execution) are taught as general introduction information. Learning this basic knowledge is important for learning and completing the subsequent steps of the execution. The course of teaching basic knowledge is divided into two parts: the follow-up of minor acts (follow-up through general sequestration, follow-up by means of sequestration peculiar to exchange bills and release of leased immovables), adjunctive or adjunct pursuits through pledge of the pledge, payment of enforcement orders, appeal of payment emre, disposition of estates and damages, declaration of property, declaration of property, payment in arrears of debtors, proprietary litigation).
