The 8th International Turkic World Conference on Science and Engineering (TURK-COSE 2026) will be held from December 3–5, 2026, hosted by Akhmet Yasavi University (AYU), Turkestan, KAZAKHSTAN, in collaboration with Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU), Bishkek, KYRGYZSTAN; Azerbaijan Technical University (AZTU), Baku, AZERBAIJAN; and Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University (NOHU), Niğde, TÜRKİYE in a hybrid format (both in-person and online).
TURK-COSE 2026 covers a wide range of topics, including Information and Telecommunication Technologies, Natural and Applied Sciences, Physical and Technical Sciences, Materials Science, Building Technologies, Agricultural Sciences, Modern Engineering and Technology, Transportation and Energy, Engineering Theory and Applications, as well as Medical and Health Sciences.

• The official languages of TURK-COSE 2026 are Turkish, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Azerbaijani, Albanian, English, and Russian.
• Speakers from at least 5 different countries will participate, delivering both in-person and online presentations.
• The accepted, registered and presented papers of full texts and abstracts will be published in the BOOK of PROCEEDINGS (with an ISBN) and in the BOOK of ABSTRACTS (with an ISBN) respectively.
• Extended and revised versions of selected papers in English, recommended by the TURK-COSE 2026 Organizing Board, will be submitted for potential publication in:
