Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, ,Department of Turkısh Language was founded under the Law of  Yok in 1998 to conduct compulsory  Turkısh Language

courses in Faculties,Schools and Vocational School of Nigde University.

Deportment of Turkısh Language is responsible for distribution of the duties of instructors conducting Turkısh Language courses in Faculties

Schools and Vocational Schools of Nigde University.There are five instructors in our department.Also they are responsible for preparing

the text book used in courses. 

Except its main duty, our department undertakes  some scientific,cultural and social missions like organizing panels,conferencens,seminars

and copetitions among students related to its subject.
