Mission

The aim of the department is to provide the students studying at Faculties, Schools and Vocational Schools of OHU to have knowledge about Ataturk’s Reforms, Principles and Modern Turkish History as well as acquire academic and cultural information about it, and also to enable the students to analyse the events considering correct information and adopt favourable attitudes.

Vision

Our vision is to enable more productive courses about Ataturk’s Reforms, Principles and Modern Turkish History through resources, materials and tasks in accordance with the objectives and  to  increase the quality of the ongoing courses with more qualified lecturers .
