Responsibilities and Duties


  1. To ensure the internal and external safety of the building.
  2. Identifying suspicious persons and reporting them to the authorities
  3. To organize and guide the movements of personnel in accordance with civil defense instructions and requests during danger (especially when entering and exiting shelters).
  4. To prevent panic and turmoil, to prevent demoralizing movements,
  5. To regulate traffic in and around the establishment when necessary.
  6. To secure the goods and belongings rescued after the attack and to prevent the danger of looting from outside.
  7. To identify areas contaminated with CBRN substances, unexploded bombs or bullets, and to prevent personnel from approaching these places.
  8. To control the concealment and obfuscation measures to be taken by our directorate.
  9. Conducting reconnaissance after the attack, detecting damage and casualties and reporting to the control center and headquarters service.
