Fields of Activity of the Center 

• To establish the technical infrastructure and carry out activities related to distance education within the scope of all educational programs at the university, including associate degree, undergraduate degree, undergraduate completion, postgraduate and continuing education. 
• Planning, programming and coordinating all distance education programs at the university.
• To support the preparation of necessary software, hardware, documents and similar materials for all distance education activities carried out at the university.
• To conduct technological research and make suggestions for the development and dissemination of studies on distance education.
• To ensure cooperation with national and international organizations in applications and research related to distance education.
• To ensure the effective and efficient use of information and communication technologies in distance education activities.
• To follow the legislation, developments and practices regarding distance education.
• To prepare user guides for software used in distance education activities.
• Contributing to the development of distance education systems.
