The “Sector Talks - 5” event organized by Ömer Halisdemir University International Trade and Logistics Club attracted great interest this year as well. The fifth of the series of seminars, which has become a tradition, was held in Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Congress and Culture Center Hall 1299.

This year, two representatives from the Turkish Airlines Human Resources Department attended the event. The guests provided detailed information to the participants about THY's recruitment processes and current programs. Throughout the seminar, students had an interactive experience by asking questions about career opportunities and recruitment criteria in the aviation industry. At the end of the event, a small quiz was organized in line with the information provided by the speakers. The top three students in the quiz were presented with free domestic round-trip flight tickets and airplane models by Turkish Airlines.

The event, which was also attended by the faculty members of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics, was both instructive and enjoyable for the students. The seminar, which ended with the presentation of plaques, provided participants with important information about the sector and offered an important opportunity for career planning.
