Strenghts
1.The possibility of employment of the graduates is rather high as getting the 72 hours as compulsory education in the Turkish Education System. The need of early childhood educator in the private sector increases day by day.
2. The academic working side is rather broad.
  Weaknesses
1.The deficiency of instructor.
2.There is not an early childhood education institution connected to our university.
  Opportunities
1.The department of elementary education’s having relationship with all the departments.
2.The increase of the prudential academic studies with the instructors who will be employed.
3.The capacity of the opening post graduate education when there is sufficient number of instructors.
4.Fulfilment of all the needs of the department of early childhood education that can be opened by our university.
  Threats
1.Absence of instructors.
2.Not accepting of students when there is not sufficient number of instructors.
