1.  Because of the lack of appropriate physical conditions, scientific meetings can not be done.

6.  The number of publications is less than expected
7.  Lack of academic staff going abroad through Erasmus

1.  Good communication with other departments in terms of social aspects and dignity
2.  The existence of coherence among faculty members
3.  Returning of academic staff, attending a Ph. D program in accordance with the article 35, to the department in the near future

1.  The existence of faculty members to avoid working at the department
2.  Shortages in classrooms due to lack of physical capacity of the faculty
3.  Lack of students that may come to the department from abroad through Erasmus
