DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES / GOALS
Fulfilling
the responsibility of producing scientific knowledge specific to the field /
conducting descriptive research.
To
share ideas and solutions to problems related to the field of theology with
experts and non-experts in teamwork and as an effective element of the process
by supporting them with quantitative and qualitative data.
Collects,
interprets, applies and implements data related to the field of theology and
cooperates with people from related disciplines in the stages of announcing the
results and acts in accordance with social, scientific, cultural and ethical
values.
To
interpret and evaluate scientifically proven data using advanced knowledge and
skills acquired in the field, to define and analyze problems, to develop
solutions by observing professional and ethical values based on research and
evidence, to share knowledge, to work in a team.
To
have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks
containing basic and up-to-date information in the field of theology,
application tools and multimedia education tools and other resources.
To
be able to define problems, analyze them and produce solutions based on
scientific methods.
To
show that they adopt lifelong learning, to be open to development and to
continue this behavior.
To
document professional activities and practices in an effective and safe way /
to keep accurate and effective records.
Has
the knowledge to evaluate the nature, source, limits, accuracy, reliability and
validity of the information, to follow and apply the current literature, to use
information and communication technologies.
It
can renew its knowledge, skills and competencies lifelong, and with its
professional identity, it becomes a role model for colleagues and students and
an example to the society.
