Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences Academic Board Meeting

The Academic Board Meeting of our faculty was held under the chairmanship of our Dean, Prof. Dr. Alper Aytekin, on 17/12/2025 in the Meeting Hall of the Faculty of Engineering.

All academic staff working and teaching in our faculty attended the meeting.

During the Academic Board Meeting, important topics related to faculty operations and educational processes were discussed. In particular, evaluations were made regarding final exams and invigilation planning, exam organization and schedules, course discipline processes, and the proper submission of exam documents.

In addition, quality-related processes such as Bologna information, workflow diagrams, risk assessment reports, process improvement studies, and the self-evaluation report were discussed. Opinions were exchanged on action plans to ensure that educational and administrative processes within the faculty operate more effectively, and the activities of the quality commission and advisory board were evaluated.

Furthermore, it was decided to update the faculty web pages and increase their accessibility, aiming for more transparent and efficient process management.

With the active participation of the faculty administration and academic staff, the meeting is expected to make positive contributions to students and academic processes.
