Our faculty students had the opportunity to see their theoretical knowledge in the field of information technology applied in a practical setting and gain industry experience. During the technical field trip, guided by our Vice Dean Dr. Mehmet Nadir Kurnaz, the students visited the University's Information Technology Department.

During the visit, students had the chance to examine the university's IT infrastructure, server rooms, cybersecurity measures, and data center firsthand. Information Technology Department officials provided detailed information about the operation of the systems, network management, and technological processes.

Dr. Kurnaz stated that such technical field trips broaden students' vision and solidify the knowledge they gain in their classes, and thanked the Information Technology Department staff for their hospitality and valuable insights. The students expressed that this experience, which illuminated their career goals, was extremely beneficial for them.
