The participation fee is 75 Turkish Liras (15 dollars) per paper. The first author of the paper and the person to make the presentation must be a student. If the second author (advisor or another student) wants to attend the congress with the student who will make the presentation, he/she has to pay 50 Turkish Liras (10 dollars) as the participation fee.
