Our Department is liable for,

  1. Conducting studies on manpower planning and personnel policy at the university within the framework of the relevant legislation and carrying out, coordinating and supervising the duties regarding personnel and personal rights in a reliable, equal and harmonious manner.
  2. Performing the allocation-reduction of the full-vacant positions of our university's permanent, contracted, 4 / C and foreign personnel. Getting permission from the relevant institutions, transferring and disestablish staff, opening unavailable positions, identity, registry, discipline, archive, promotion, assignation, appointment, commission, adaptation, annual, sanitary, hourly and unpaid leaves, retirement, Social Security Transactions, employment, leaving the job, getting and dropping entitlement. Keeping all kinds of statistical information about the personnel and dedicating to those concerned. Making the necessary announcements on the website, making the payment of salaries, travel allowances, accruals of the personnel affiliated to the Rectorate. Organizing and implementing pre-service, in-service training, basic training, extramural appointment orientation training and promotion training programs of administrative staff. Fulfilling its operations within the framework of the relevant laws, legislation and regulations.

Powers

While establishing a transaction, our department derives its powers from the Higher Education Law number 2547, the Higher Education Personnel Law number 2914, the Civil Servants Law number 657, the Budget Law number 5018 and other related laws and relevant regulations.

 Statistical Information

Our Presidency has one head of department, two heads of unit, 16 officers and one janitor and 20 staff in total. As of 14.08.2020, our department has been providing service to 1519 personnel including 992 academic staff, 10 of which are foreign nationals, 505 Administrative Staff, 12 of which are contracted officers.
