Strengths
1. The fact that the graduate students have a lot of opportunities to find a job in private sector
2. The fact that our school is located in the city centre.
3. To have adequate academic personel
4. The fact that our academic staff have post-graduate education
5. The fact that the two of our academic personnel have worked in a bank and have known the application process.
6. Having a peaceful working environment.
7. The fact that there are well-equipped computer laboratory with overhead projector and internet connection.
8. Adequate academic personnel coming different units of the university

Weaknesses
1. The fact that the training periods cannot be controlled adequately.
2. The fact that the university-industry cooperation cannot be fulfilled adequately.
3. The fact that consultation and guidance services are not strong enough.

Opportunities
1. The fact that the academic personnel have post-graduate degree and have an opportunity get PhD degree.
2. The fact that there is a possibility that new organized industrial site may be founded and new branches of banks may be opened.
3. The fact that there are young and dynamic academic personnel.
4. The fact that the city population is increasing and parallel to population growth, there is increase in the number of workplace and job opportunity.

Threats
1. The fact that the students attending our school have lower education level.
2. The fact that the graduate students’ opportunities to find a job at public services are getting lower.
3. The fact that the department has less vertical transfer quota, affects student motivation.
