Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, located on the Bor road in Niğde province, provides service on the first floor of the Rectorate building in the central campus. Providing safe and fast information and document services in a friendly environment by using developing information and technologies; it serves as a unit that emphasizes the satisfaction of students, lecturers and staff. It counts the service to the student as one of its main tasks, and uses the technology in accordance with the quality and standards in the best way. It ensures that the planned education process is carried out properly. It provides reliable information and document services to students, alumni, academic staff and the institutions in contact with. It is a unit that is based on the application and reliability of the regulations regarding registration-admission, education and examinations at the undergraduate and associate degree level conducted in faculties, schools, conservatories and vocational schools.

Currently, 13 personnel, including a head of department, a head of unit, 10 officers, a contracted officer and a janitor, are working in our department. An officer in the executive secretarial, three officers in the registry and correspondence, five officers in the student automation system, two officers in identification-international student affairs, an officer in diploma affairs.

1. The authority to decide, take measures and implement the duties related to the department in accordance with the programs approved by the Rectorate,

2. The power to make recommendations to the Secretary General to take new measures and powers that it will need for a more reliable, faster and more efficient in conducting its tasks,
   

3. Grating compassionate leave up to half a day to the personnel affiliated to the department, and determining the times of annual leave,
   

         It is responsible to the Secretary General for the fulfillment of the university legislation and the duties assigned to it by this regulation in accordance with the Constitution, law, decision and such legislation, and the timely use of its powers.
