4. Students’ choosing the department is intense.
5. Graduate students can easily find a job.
6. It is possible to easily do teamwork.

Weaknesses
1. The number of its publication is small.
2. It is not possible to host symposiums.
3. The number of the projects is small.
4. It is not possible to publish in the result of the team works.
5. The lecturers have not been sent via Erasmus yet.

Opportunities
1. There is no conflict in the department.
2. There is socially a good and respectful communication with the other departments.
3. The capacity is available to cooperate with the universities abroad.

Threats
1. Lecturers are not so willing to come to the department.
2. The structuring of the department at the level of European Standards hasn’t been completed.
3. No students come to the department from abroad via Erasmus.
4. The quality of students who come to the department is decreasing.
5. The class loads of the lecturers in the department are few.
