4. The fact that the high probability of finding a job in especially private sector for the graduate students
5. The fact that there is an abundant number of the faculties and departments to which the graduate students can do vertical transfer
6. The fact that all the instructors have done post-graduate studies or have been continuing to do.
7. The fact that in the department, there are working areas such as radio and television studios, montage labs, cinemas.
8. The fact that the academic staffs have experiences in private sector.

Weaknesses
1. The fact that the cooperation between the department and the sector is not at the desired level.
2. The fact that in the city there aren’t enterprises to enable students to practice
3. The fact that there is insufficiency of opportunities for renewing the technological materials.
4. The fact that there are not enough materials to be used in proportion to the number of students
5. The fact that there are not enough classes, which are modernly equipped.

Opportunities
1. The fact that it is open to the institutional reform and that there is a dominant understanding in accordance with that.
2. The fact that the increasing number of the offices in parallel with the increase of the city population creates new business opportunities.
3. As a result of its geographical position, the fact that the city is close to big cities.
4. The fact that the number of the radio and television businesses, which broadcast regionally and locally, and the number of production companies in this field is increasing.
5. The fact that the need for technical intermediate staff is increasing in parallel with the economical development

1. The insufficiency of the radio and television departments within the high schools
2. The unavailability of enough employment area in public sector for the graduate students
3. The insufficiency of the financial resources
4. The difficulties in renewing the lab equipments due to the fact that the technological developments are fast.
