Paper Submission

The medium of presentation of the Congress is in Turkish/Kazakh/English/Russian languages. Prospective  participants are requested to electronically submit abstracts or full papers of their work to turk-cose.ohu.edu.tr. Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be published in the Congress proceedings. Moreover, the extended/revised version of the selected papers in English by the Organizing Committee at TURK-COSE 2020 will be recommended to be published in Eurasian Journal of Science, Engineering, and Technology as a special issue after reviewing.


In order for the accepted abstract or full paper to be submitted for inclusion into the Congress proceedings, all of the following requirements must be satisfied:


1.     Appropriate publication materials: Final abstract or paper must be submitted.

2.     The registration fee has to be paid.

3.     The paper must be presented at the Congress.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE AUTHORS

 

STEP 1: Making Submission of the Article

To enter general information (except the article file) for the notification to be uploaded to the system, proceed as follows:

  1. Please click on Make Submission button.
  2. Mark the Consent box.
  3. Fill in the fields; General Information/ Submission Title, Author(s), Contact Author, Topic Areas, Content/ Keywords and Content/ Abstract.
  4. Please create a Password you can easily remember and enter the Password you created for the fields; Make Submission, Edit Submission, Upload File, View File, Withdraw Submission and Check Status. You will be able to make changes to the notification you submit through this password and the Submission ID (which will also be sent to you by email).
  5. You can optionally add comments to the Optional Comments field.
  6. Click on Make Submission button.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: After pressing the submit button, keep the Submission number- ID on the screen that appears and do not forget it please. This number will be required for other stages as well.

 

STEP 2: Edit Submission

To Edit / Make changes on the information entered in STEP 1, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on Edit Submission button on the windows opened and fill in the Submission ID and Password.
  2. Make the necessary changes on your article.
  3. Click on Submit Changes button.

 

STEP 3: Uploding File of Article

Proceed as follows to upload your artcile file to the system:

 

  1. Click on Upload File button.
  2. Enter the Submission ID and Password you have previously set in STEP 1.
  3. Select the File you want to upload on your computer by pressing File button.
  4. From the Format option, select the Microsoft Word (.doc) or (.docx) format of your article file.
  5. Click on Upload File button.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Upload File button is also used as an update for the new version of your paper after reviewer’s evaluation. After the changes requested by the reviewer(s) are completed, the new version of the notification file should be uploaded from this section again.

 

STEP 4: View File

In order to check the accuracy of the last file you uploaded, proceed as follows:

 

  1. Enter Submission ID and Password you have previously set in Step 1.
  2. Click on View File button.

 

STEP 5: Withdraw of Submission

For Withdraw of Submission, please proceed as follows:

  1. Enter Submission ID and Password you have previously set in Step 1.
  2. Click on the Withdraw Submission button and select the appropriate option in the pop-up window.

 

STEP 6: Checking of Status

Please proceeds as follows  in order to see the progress of your article submission uploaded to the system:

  1. Enter Submission ID and Password you have previously set in Step 1.
  2. Click on Check Status button.
