With this course, students; defines the terms of railway traffic, all traffic management systems used in the railway from past to present, advantages, disadvantages, what needs it came from, structural changes in history, signs used in the regulation of railway traffic, safety installations still used in many regions of Anatolia, i type, taurus type, advanced protected and unprotected stations, TMI system, TSI system, DRS and guidance system, ATS (automatic braking system), acceptance and delivery of trains to the station, traffic of trains on multi-way lines, cruise restriction model (5588 Model), train Navigation chart and trengraph, YHT and suburban operating systems (ERTMS, ETCS, CBTC), which have become widespread recently in the railway, are provided.
