Program Outcomes
PO1- Recognizes electrical energy. Recognizes and knows the basic methods related to the production of electricity and the elements and equipment used in various fields of electricity, various electrical circuits and systems. Follows all kinds of basic, current, applied and practical information in the field of electricity and has the ability to use the necessary theoretical and application information effectively by researching new technologies suitable for his field.

PO2- Gains basic knowledge and skills in the fields of installation, control, winding, measurement technique, electrical installation project; detects encountered faults, fixes faults and errors, draws electrical projects. Realizes circuits and necessary connections in these fields; makes project drawings and various circuit installations belonging to these fields.

PO3- Effectively uses information technologies related to the field of electricity (software, office programs, CAD program, project drawing, etc.).

PO4- Evaluates professional problems with an analytical and critical approach, offers solution suggestions with appropriate research methods by utilizing the latest technological developments; participates in teamwork when necessary and offers solution suggestions using appropriate research methods; participates in teamwork when necessary and manages projects.

PO5- Knows various measurement methods, acquires skills in measurement applications and produces solutions by determining the error/failure with the help of measurement techniques within the cause-effect relationship in possible problems encountered.

PO6- Can effectively present his/her thoughts in written and verbal communication at the level of knowledge and skills, and expresses them in an understandable manner.

PO7- Contributes to social and institutional development while achieving individual career goals by using his/her professional knowledge and competencies in effective communication, social responsibility awareness, strategic planning and management processes, follows current developments and applications in his/her field with the awareness of the necessity of career management and lifelong learning.

PO8- Has values ​​such as sustainability, social, scientific, cultural and ethical in the processes related to his/her field; attaches importance to occupational health and safety, environmental awareness, communication, social responsibility, environmental protection and quality processes by acting in accordance with professional ethics.

PO9- Recognizes the fields of electronics, alternative energy technologies and mechanical systems and the elements used in these fields, has sufficient knowledge about the drivers related to these elements, performs basic circuit design and applications, carries out fault, maintenance and repair processes.

PO10- Recognizes transformers, asynchronous motors and other electrical machines and follows the latest technological developments on their operating systems and implements various systems by using this information.

PO11- Acquires basic skills for mathematical thinking and applies these skills in his/her field.

PO12- Follows information in his/her field using a foreign language and communicates with colleagues, has knowledge about using the Turkish language properly and about Atatürk's Principles and Revolution History.
