To the Attention of Students Doing Internship

Academic Year Internship Calendar for 2022–2023

1. Please keep in mind that the start date for PPT2014 and PPT3010 internships is Monday, July 10 at 8:30 a.m.
2. Our department will also provide internship opportunities to students who apply from Agricultural Faculties of other universities.
3. Applications for internships will be accepted between May 2nd and June 16th, 2023. After completing the Internship Application Form and all required documents, it will be submitted to Hürriyet GÜRLEK, Head of Student Affairs Unit, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies.
4. Internship application forms must first be signed by the appropriate internship corporation before being submitted to our department by students who will complete an internship outside of our department.
5. Internships will begin on the dates specified on the internship application forms and at the relevant institutions.
6. Students who will be doing internships outside of the department must fill out payroll forms and submit them to Chief Hürriyet GÜRLEK at the end of each month.
7. Students are not permitted to work as interns outside of the internship period (Summer Term) set by the Faculty Internship Commission.
8. Students should bring appropriate field clothing, a lab coat, and a gardening glove with them during the internship.
9. The internship program for students who will begin their internship in our department will be announced to students at the next stage.

10. Students who have finished their internships should submit their internship files to the Res. Asst. Ömer Faruk ÇAPOĞLU, as soon as possible, but no later than the end of the period for renewing registration for the following fall semester. The internship exam will be carried out in the department meeting room and cover the internship books presented by you after two weeks from the start of the fall semester. Exact dates will be announced later.
