As the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, a technical trip was organized to the GrowTech International Agricultural Fair, which hosted more than 600 participants from 26 countries, in order to enable our students to closely experience the developments in the field of agriculture, to gain information and to find internship/job opportunities from participating companies.

“Looking for Future Agricultural Engineers” Program Has Started!


The opening ceremony of our “Looking for Future Agricultural Engineers” program, prepared in collaboration with Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Niğde Provincial Directorate of National Education, our University’s Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies and our University’s Ayhan Şahenk Agricultural Application and Research Center, has been held. In this program, where we will host two high schools from Niğde province at our Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies every week and introduce them to our Faculty, our Departments and the Agricultural Engineering profession, we first hosted Remide Yılmaz Atabek Anatolian High School and Hacı Zekiye Arslan Anatolian High School.

Our Esteemed Graduate, Mr. Alperen ÖZTÜRK, who completed his Master's Degree in Japan and is also the President of IAAS World, shared his experiences at our faculty.

From Our Producing University to Tables: 200 Tons of Apple Harvest


The harvest of apples grown in the production application areas of our Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies Application Center was carried out with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Uslu, faculty management, academic staff and students. Approximately 200 tons of harvest was obtained from the apple garden planted on an area of ​​35 decares.
