Should be knowledgeable in various areas of public administration, including management science, bureaucracy, Turkish public administration, Turkish administrative history, local governments, comparative administration, as well as new management approaches and practices such as strategic management and performance management, human resources, in areas related to political science, political thought history, Turkish political life, sociology, Turkey's social structure, contemporary political trends, and political parties. Should also have expertise in public law (Constitutional Law, Turkish Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Justice, Criminal Law, Human Rights Law, and Tax Law, etc.) and private law (Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, and Civil Law, etc.), as well as legislation in the fields of urbanization, environmental issues, environmental legislation, and zoning law.
