A technical trip to GÖKNUR Fruit Juice Factory was organized by our Food Engineering Club on 27.05.2024. Our second and third year students and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hande Baltacıoğlu, Research Assist. Dr. Mehmet Yetişen and Club Academic Advisor Research Assist. Katibe Sinem Coruk participated. We would like to thank Food Engineer Emre Karaaslan for providing technical information about the production and the devices used in the factory and İlkyaz Baltacı for hosting us during our factory visit.
