Under the organization of the Department of Food Engineering, on May 31, 2024, a gift presentation ceremony was held for Research Assistant Dr. Mehmet YETİŞEN, who successfully completed his PhD in the Department of Food Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hasan USLU and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cem BALTACIOĞLU. The ceremony was attended by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Murat BARUT, our Department Head, Prof. Dr. Hasan TANGÜLER, Prof. Dr. Mustafa BOĞA, Lecturer Dilek YAPRAK USLU, and other Faculty Members and Instructors from our Department.
