Our research project, supported under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program, has been published in an international journal.
Our project numbered 1919B012222127, accepted under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program, has been published in the Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization (Q2 category). Titled "Use of Waste Fermented Black Carrot Powder Dried by Different Methods as a Substitute in Noodle Production," this study presents innovative approaches to re-evaluating waste materials in food production. Congratulations to the students and faculty members of our department on their accomplishment, and we wish them continued success.
