Our research project, supported under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program, has been published in an international journal.


 Under the supervision of Dr. Hamza Alaşalvar, a Research Assistant in our Department of Food Engineering, the article titled “Chitosan films tailored with deep eutectic solvent extracts from Hibiscus sabdariffa: Fabrication and characterization” by Food Engineering student Hasan Nazım Sürmeli, supported by the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Student Projects Program during the 2021 1st Term Call, has been published in an SCI-E indexed journal in the Q1 category.
