1. The student will be able to reason persuasively and formulate insightful questions about objects and answer them through research and creative thinking. In other words, students will gain knowledge, skills and critical thinking abilities that prepare them for their lives after graduation. 
2. The student will gain not only familiarity with the terminology for the historical study and discussion of objects but also will gain global and historical breadth of knowledge about art, artefacts and their creators/artists.
3. The student will be able to evaluate and criticize artefacts of different periods and styles.
4. The student will graduate with a respect and willingness to carry out detailed  scientific research, inquiry and analysis.
5. The student will be able to use computer to search and study in the field of Art. The student will be able to research in new media and methodologies.
