Field-specific Skills and Competences
1. To be able to use course books which contain updated information in the field of chemistry, practice tools and equipment and the other scientific resources at advanced level.
2. To assess the concepts, ideas and data in the field of chemistry with scientific methods; to analyze them; to make discussions; develop suggestions based on proofs and researches.
3. To show to be able to independently carry out advanced level studies and learning with learning skills and critical thought.
4. To apply the basic concepts of chemistry in the students laboratories in the way that students both effectively apprehend the concepts and can use laboratory instruments and materials.
General Competences
1. To do studies at international level and competence in research laboratories, and to protect current and competitor identity of these laboratories.
2. To manage and plan events oriented to development of chemistry vocation.
3. To use informatics and communication technologies together with computer software and hardware knowledge which the chemistry department requires.
4. To have the competence of taking care of social, scientific, and ethical values at the stages of gathering, interpreting, announcing experimental data.
