Our primary legal obligations are to protect the physical and mental health of students, to treat the sick, to provide accommodation, nutrition and work opportunities and to help them make use of their leisure time according to their interests, to enable them to gain new interests and to improve their health and social status and to develop their skills and personalities in a healthy way ,to provide services which train them as individuals who take care of their mental and physical health, and to gain the habits of regular and disciplined work, resting and having fun together.
These obligations are conducted within the framework of Articles 46 and 47 of the Law no 2547 amended by Law No 2880, the Decree Law No 124 on the Higher Education Supreme Institutions and the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions and the implementing regulation of the Higher Education Institutions, Medico-Social Health, Culture and Sports Department.
In addition, purchases of goods and services are carried out within the framework of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735.
All legal obligations regarding financial issues and payments are based on 5018 Public Financial Management and Control Law.
