Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi, Türkiye Uluslararası Değişim Burs Programı (TIES) kapsamında yerini aldı.
Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı ile Yurtdışı Türkler ve Akraba Topluluklar Başkanlığı (YTB) arasında imzalanan “Türkiye Uluslararası Değişim Burs Programı İş Birliği Protokolü (TIES)” çerçevesinde, Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi burs programına dahil edilen üniversiteler arasında yer almıştır.
Protokol kapsamında, Türkiye’deki yükseköğretim kurumları ile yurt dışındaki yükseköğretim kurumları arasında imzalanan ikili değişim anlaşmaları doğrultusunda, ülkemizde lisans ve lisansüstü düzeyde azami iki yarıyıl eğitim alacak öğrencilere burs desteği sağlanacaktır.
Program kapsamında öğrencilere aylık burs desteğinin yanı sıra ulaşım ve konaklama gibi çeşitli imkânlar sunulacaktır. Bu burs programı ile Türkiye’nin yükseköğretimde uluslararasılaşma vizyonuna katkı sağlanması, uluslararası öğrenci hareketliliğinde ülkemizin küresel ölçekteki konumunun güçlendirilmesi ve Türkiye’ye gelen uluslararası öğrenci çeşitliliğinin artırılması hedeflenmektedir.
Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi, program kapsamındaki çalışmalarını aktif şekilde sürdürmekte olup uluslararası iş birliklerini geliştirmeyi ve küresel akademik etkileşimini artırmayı hedeflemektedir.
Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Has Taken Its Place Within the Scope of the Türkiye International Exchange Scholarship Program (TIES)
Within the framework of the “Türkiye International Exchange Scholarship Program Cooperation Protocol (TIES)” signed between the Council of Higher Education and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University has been included among the universities participating in the scholarship program.
In accordance with the protocol, scholarship opportunities will be provided to students who will study in undergraduate and graduate programs in Türkiye for a maximum of two semesters within the framework of bilateral exchange agreements signed between higher education institutions in Türkiye and abroad.
Within the scope of the program, students will be offered various opportunities such as monthly scholarship support, transportation, and accommodation assistance. Through this scholarship program, it is aimed to contribute to Türkiye’s vision of internationalization in higher education, strengthen the country’s global position in international student mobility, and increase the diversity of international students coming to Türkiye.
Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University continues to actively carry out its efforts within the scope of the program and aims to expand its international collaborations and strengthen its global academic engagement.
