The Registration Renewal Processes* take place on between the dates determined by the Academic Calendar.
The students who have not completed the normal education period and are not registered to our Institute as a second university will not pay contribution.
In accordance with the provision "In case of enrolling in a second higher education program (excluding double major programs) while being enrolled in a Higher Education program, the student contributions for the second higher education program are covered by the students themselves." fee accruals have been carried out through the automation system.

Contribution/tuition fee payments can be made in two ways.
1- Payment via the VIRTUAL POS
You can make your payment via Virtual POS when you enter your student number at our university's instiutional payment system https://kos.ohu.edu.tr or by clicking the Institutional Payment System button on the OGRİS fee status page and being directed to the bank payment page with your fee amount.

2- Payment in T.C Ziraat Bank Branches
Students can pay their contribution/tuition in any T.C ZİRAAT BANKASI ATMs anywhere in Turkey or Internet branch between the dates determined before. (You will be asked for your student number during payment.)
* General Principles Regarding Education and Training - Registration Renewal ARTICLE 15 – (1) Students enrolled in graduate programs must fulfil the registration renewal procedures required by the institute within the period specified in the academic calendar for each semester. The student who fails to renew his / her registration within this period is considered to be unsuccessful in the courses that the must courses / thesis studies / special subjects / field of specialization in that semester. Students who have not renewed registration cannot benefit from the rights of registered students. In these cases, the deadlines are regarded as maximum.

** The Education Plan, which is going to be effective from the 2024-2025 academic year since the compulsory elective courses included in the course plans of our Institute's Departments and taught at both Master's and Doctoral levels have been transferred to the elective course pool.the way that it will be valid as of the 2024-2025 academic year
