Task

 Our unit performs its services in accordance with the regulation within the commission and in an administrative structure affiliated with this commission. In accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation on Scientific Research Projects of Higher Education Institutions, the BAP Committee consists of at least seven and eleven academic members appointed by the Rector with the suggestion of the Senate under the presidency of the rector or a vice-rector to be appointed. Our unit sends the project proposals proposed by the University Faculty Members and doctorate, researchers who have completed their specialization in medicine or proficiency in art, to the Basic Field Commission Members. Project evaluations from the Basic Area Commission are submitted to the BAP Committee, and the appropriation projects approved for acceptance are distributed and reported to the project manager. The monitoring of the project, the control of the appropriation, whether the requests are appropriate by examining them, the evaluation of the accounting records and the results, the maintenance of the resulting projects, the delivery to the library. In addition, it is their duty to invite the Commission to a meeting, to prepare the meeting agenda, to organize and carry out the Scientific Research Projects Program in line with the decisions of the commission, to make announcements about the Scientific Research Projects, to correspond with the projects, and to carry out budget works every year. Besides the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit, Development of the Ministry, Turkey's Scientific and Technological Research (TUBITAK), supported by the European Union (EU), Ministry of Development Konya Plain Project KOP supported by the Regional Development Administration, Doğuş Group of the support given by Dogus TARGA vegie in Agriculture It also carries out the monitoring, correspondence, audit and accrual processes of TAGEM projects supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.

 

Responsibilities

Submitting the projects submitted to the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit to the Basic Field Commissions and presenting them to the BAP Committee,

Follow-up whether the financial support provided by the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit is used in accordance with its purpose from the beginning of the project until the end of the project budget,

Follow-up and evaluation of the projects accepted by the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit within the period of the Progress / Result reports,

of accepted and supported by BAP project, the purchase of materials proposed in the budget plan and follow-up of the bidding process, the project is supported by the Development Ministry and Turkey's Scientific and Technological Research (TUBITAK), supported by the European Union (EU), the Food TAGEM supported by the Agriculture and Livestock Ministry, Supported by Doğuş Group, Doğuş TARGE and Ministry of Development Konya Plain Project To carry out and follow-up the procurement and tender procedures of the materials included in the budget plan of KOP projects supported by the Regional Development Administration.
